Die Lage direkt auf dem netten Piazza Garibaldi in Colico ist super. Man geht raus auf die kleine Terrasse und hat sofort den See vor Augen, man braucht nur etwas Glück mit dem Parkplatz zu haben und schon hat man eine perfekte Lage in der man sein Auto sehr selten brauchen würde. Die Wohnung war groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht dort, hätte aber sicher länger bleiben können! Nichts, es war super. Einen Parkplatz zu finden kann schwer sein, aber man bekommt vor dem Check In genaue Infos wo man parken kann. Das hat auch perfekt geklappt.

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, il est situé a deux pas du lac, des restaurants, bars, glaciers, magasins. Et avec une terrasse disponible même si l'on dort à l'étage. L'inconvénient de cette proximité est le bruit que cela engendre à tout heure de la journée et de la nuit.

Nagyon jó helyen a városközpontban. Gyönyörű kilátás a tóra. Minden nagyon közel van. Parkolás nehéz és ha közel akarsz megállni az fizetős. Nem fizetős parkolásra elég messze van lehetőség.

Mieszkanie w super lokalizacji, czyste i zadbane, posiada na dole dostęp do prywatnego ogródka-tarasu więc można sobie siedzieć z widokiem na jezioro i góry. Na wyposażeniu wszystko co potrzebne od naczyń po żelazko i elektryczną kawiarkę. Polecam.

Couldn't be better for location. Ive seen other reviews mentioning noise...in all honesty it is only the sound anyone would expect from a restaurant next door which shares in the prime location. Extra bonus because that same neighbour restaurant makes quite decent food! Very convenient! Stunning views from the balcony. Loved sitting out there to enjoy our morning coffee. Literally only a few minutes walk from the station. And a local minimarket if you were making the most of this well equipped self catering accommodation. Safe and secure, door security codes are updated. Great communication from the host. Generous size shower. Comfy sofa & bed! Effective air con. I would definitely book again and id recommend to others. The only thing id change is darker curtains and that's only because im sensitive to waking with the slightest chink of light.

Everything you need and perfect location. Colico is lovely and fantastic views. The seating area out front gives you your own unique experience while you eat and enjoy the lake view with mountain backdrop 👌

Perfect location, couple of minutes by foot from train station. Comfortable beds. View from the room was amazing. The neighboors upstairs were a bit loud - but this does not have anything to do with the accomodation. Due to location, on more lively nights could be a bit louder due to surrounding bars.

clear instructions how to obtain the key from the host. you can drive up directy in front of the apartment to unload, then select a free street-parking location 2-5 minutes walk away (looked safe to me). apartment is located in a no-car-area directly within several restaurants and 100 m from the ferry-terminal from where you can go to bellagio in 40 minutes 3-4 times per day. a day-ticket costs some 17.50 euro and allows trips to all sights along lake como within a day, allowing returning for dinner to your apartment. the apartment was large enough, clean and had everything we needed. we found it at 80 euro a great bargain for this area. staying at colico and ferrying around avoids difficult roads around como lake and the crowds around tourist spots (you can ferry away whenever it's getting too crowded)

Wyjście bezpośrednio na deptak przy morzu. Możliwość skorzystania ze stolików przy deptaku. Kawiarnie , lodziarnie, restauracje na wyciągnięcie reki. Wygodne łóżko. Możliwość dogrzania obiektu w chłodne dni. Brak możliwości zaparkowania auta bezpośrednio przy obiekcie. Brak ekspresu do kawy. Trafił nam sie parter wiec nie mieliśmy widoku tak jak na górnych pietrach.😕

We had a wonderful stay at Marina Apartments! The location exceeded all our expectations - it was truly perfect. The view from the window was absolutely mesmerizing and made our experience even more special. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The only small thing we noticed was that the shower could use a shelf for shower gel, as we had to place it on the floor. However, this did not affect our overall impression at all. We really enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return again in the future!
